Short History of the Company Our legal predecessor was founded in 1959 by local craftsmen in order to improve quality of their services. Then it was transformed into an industrial co-operative in the construction business. In the 1980's the iron industrial segment was developed and then became the major activity. The majority of our production volume has been exported since 1995. The company was turned to a limited liability company in 1999. Since then it has been producing metal structures mainly. We work as supplier for several producers in Western Europe. This time about 90% of our production is exported. Our major partners are in Germany, Switzerland, France and Austria. Well-equipped halls are available with 4,000 sqm capacity. Our plant is fully equipped with public utilities. Data processing is performed in a PC-backed company management system. Number of full-time employees in 2010 is 65 persons. Net income in 2010 is 1,800,000 EUR.
